CHARACTERISTICS OF PRODUCTION
Housing in galvanized steel.
Polyamide impeller reinforced with fiberglass in models 7/7, 9/9, 10/10 and 12/12. In the rest of the
models, impeller in galvanized steel sheet.
Supplied with mounting feet except cubic models, supported and reinforced plates
side.
Engine mounting with exclusive system designed by Casals with flexible arms and supports
vibration. Flexible arms in compliance with the RoHS Directive 2002/95 / EC (Restriction of
certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment).
Engines closed, specially designed by Casals: extruded aluminum motor housing,
junction box in the engine with protection degree IP-65. Motor with protection IP-55
and Class F insulation product with standard voltages: 230V 50 Hz in single phase motors and 230 / 400V
50 Hz in three phase motors.
Motors speed regulation with the exception of three-phase motors with only the adjustment of the
frequency.
THIS PRODUCT MEETS THE VALUES OF EFFICIENCY REQUIRED BY ErP 2013/2015
APPLICATIONS
Designed for mounting in:
Ventilation boxes and air handling units;
resistances centrifuges;
hoods for kitchens to industrial and professional use;
maximum working temperature: 50ºC.
